In the internal and external service, we ensure the planning and smooth execution of the campaigns of our clients (NGOs). Internship IT Support (m/w/d | 100%) limited for 12 months Your tasks * You support our IT team with support requests from the field via ticket system, telephone and support chat. After training, you will process simple requests independently; in more complex cases, the team will support you. * You prepare tablets, printers, hotspots, mobile phones and payment terminals for our campaigns and check using checklists whether they are ready for use. * You will get to know our device management with Workspace ONE and Apple Business Manager and support the setting up of devices as well as the distribution of apps and profiles. * You test new versions of our Corris and Lazoona apps based on specified test procedures and document errors in a traceable manner. * You support the team with device and app updates as well as with creating instructions and information for the field staff. * You maintain our device inventory, record returns and defects and support the provision of replacement devices and material orders. * You help with the administration of mobile subscriptions and SIM cards as well as with the preparation of the associated invoice verification. Your profile * You are interested in IT, mobile devices and technical contexts. * You bring basic computer skills. Initial experience with device installations or IT support is an advantage, but not a requirement. * You like learning new things, show initiative and ask when you need support. * You work carefully, reliably and in a structured manner and are ready to take on tasks independently after training. * You like helping others and communicate in a friendly and understandable way. * You have good German skills. French, Italian and/or English are an advantage.
