Your tasks

|| You develop varied leisure activities and implement them together in the 6 to 7-person team. You actively contribute your ideas.
|| You accompany 5 to 7 children and adolescents through everyday life. You provide support, e.g., with eating, learning, discussing, and also in challenging moments.
|| You maintain journals and protocols carefully. This ensures the team remains well-coordinated and informed at all times.

Your profile

|| You enjoy genuine relationship work with children and adolescents. Even when it becomes loud, chaotic, or emotional.
|| You bring humor, clarity, and stability. This allows you to actively and solution-orientedly accompany development processes.
|| You are motivated to take on responsibility and tackle tasks independently.
|| Basic PC skills for fundamental administrative work.

The Schulheim Schloss Erlach is a cantonal institution of the educational system for child and youth welfare. Children and adolescents with average abilities, some with learning impairments, who are in difficult life situations, are schooled and cared for here. They live in socio-pedagogical residential groups mixed by age and gender and mostly attend the internal special education school. In the sense of reintegration, the institution also offers day groups for external students as well as regular school attendance. The agricultural and gardening operations, the technical service, the housekeeping, the catering, and the administration are part of the pedagogical concept: they serve as learning, experience, and work fields. The institution works according to the systemic-solution-oriented approach LOA. In accompanying the clientele, we orient ourselves towards the model of Cooperative Process Design (KPG).
