• Check in and check out ;
• Ensure the continuity of the establishment's reception desk and monitor the quality of services offered to customers ;
• Handle payments and prepare invoices ;
• Be the guarantor of the hotel's calm and security ;
• Inform customers ;
• Provide reports and transmit any requests ;
• Know the geographical and competitive environment of the establishment ;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of reservations ;
• Transform an inquiry into a reservation proposal ;
• Handle potential objections with an adapted argument ;
• Proceed with taking reservations according to the process ;
• Enter and confirm reservations ;
