Intern HR Marketing and Recruitment, 80-100 %

Would you like to gain practical experience in HR and learn about recruitment and HR marketing within a large healthcare organization? Do you enjoy working with people and would like to commit yourself from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement to our HR team for the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter?

Tasks ##

• After an introduction, you will assist with the central recruiting inbox, triage inquiries, and take on tasks in application administration.
• You will create and publish job advertisements and assist with collective advertisements, unsolicited applications, and candidate pools.
• You will assist in the pre-selection of applications, conduct initial telephone clarifications, and coordinate interviews and trial days.
• You will assist with HR marketing measures, content, events, as well as smaller projects and process improvements.
• You will take on further administrative and organizational tasks in recruitment, for example, the preparation of salary calculations, data maintenance, and the tracking of open process steps.

Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and HR marketing as well as the desire to gain practical experience in these areas
• Initial professional experience is an advantage; an already started or planned further education in HR is welcome but not a requirement
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good PC user skills. Careful and organized way of working, pleasure in contacting different people as well as initiative and reliability
