University/HES Intern in HR Digital Transformation (m/f/x)

For our HRIS and Projects team within our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an intern for a start date immediately or to be agreed upon. As a university/HES intern, you will actively participate in various HR digital transformation projects, making your active contribution to the digitalization of HR processes through projects with high strategic and organizational impact. You will be a true support in the management of HR digital projects and in the optimization of our systems and data.

The missions awaiting you:

• Project coordination: Active support in the planning, monitoring, and management of HR digital transformation projects (implementation of tools, process optimization in particular).
• Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions (Power BI, advanced Excel).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and results obtained.
• Team support: Provide continuous operational support for existing HR systems and processes.
• Documentation and continuous improvement: Write and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Communication and change management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare materials (slides, FAQ, internal news...) and ensure information transparency.

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing an academic course in a field closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis or equivalent.
• You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• You are interested in the HR world, innovation, and digital tools.
• You possess an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have good communication skills, in French and ideally in English.
