University Intern Human Resources, 100 %

We are looking for reinforcement in our broadly positioned HR team for 12 months starting April 1, 2027.

Tasks ##

• You process selected HR topics independently, from analysis to conception to implementation.
• You contribute your ideas to projects and develop concrete concepts.
• You research, evaluate data, and derive recommendations for the team from it.
• You support the team organizationally and administratively and are the contact person for our customers during absences.

You start in a Competence Center and rotate within the HR department during the internship. You actively help shape your training period.

• Business Partnering: You support the HR Business Partnering team and the extended management body in projects as well as in the conceptual development of HR topics.
• Staff & Service Center: You support the department management and the other Competence Centers in projects, in conceptual tasks, and in day-to-day business.
• Recruiting & Employer Branding: Here you accompany the entire Candidate Journey - from the first touchpoint with our employer brand through a successful hire to onboarding. You support the recruitment process, help out at events such as the Welcome Day, help shape content, support university marketing activities, and contribute your own ideas.

Profile ##

• Completed university studies (at least Bachelor level), e.g., in psychology, humanities, business administration, or a related field
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as the ability to process complex topics conceptually
• Enthusiasm, high commitment and willingness to learn, as well as a broad interest in HR topics
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working
• Strong communication talent in stylistically confident German as well as high IT affinity
